Key objectives and challenges
Building the marketplace meant solving for trust between buyers and sellers who don’t already know each other, standardizing legal agreements across different territories and asset types, and supporting transactions between parties in different countries. Agreements are standardized under English law, so buyers and sellers in different countries work from the same contract terms rather than negotiating a new legal framework for every deal.

An ENOR separates ownership of a right from the operation of a business, so a company can generate revenue from a right it holds but isn’t using, without changing how its core business runs.
How it works
Sellers list an underused right with their own pricing and terms. Buyers browse listed opportunities and submit offers directly through the platform, with a dashboard tracking where each offer stands. Transactions are completed with secure payment gateways and standardized agreements, ensuring transparency and trust for both parties.

The Borna typeface, inspired by geometric forms, brings a refined yet forward-thinking aesthetic to the brand. Its clean lines and subtle serifs enhance readability while adding a futuristic touch, perfectly aligning with EdenMountain’s innovative approach to asset trading. The versatile font family allows for seamless application across digital and print platforms.
