Two new AI partnerships for Neuralab – Open AI & Anthropic

Two new partner badges have joined the Neuralab deck. But as always, we’re skipping the buzzwords and focusing on the part that actually counts: how to wire these language models into real workflows that can survive in production.

Neuralab has officially been named an OpenAI Select Partner. On top of that, we’ve also been accepted into Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network.

Cool badges to have, right? But for us, the actual fun begins after the PR announcements and confetti.

We build eCommerce platforms, complex business applications, and massive integrations. Large Language Models (LLMs) are becoming another powerful building block in all that machinery. Product data can be automatically enriched before it hits the webshop. A sales team can pull insights from a dozen siloed internal systems. Customer support can actually retrieve plausible answers from company knowledge instead of digging through yet another spreadsheet. Content teams can turn a single source of product data into material for several channels…

Let’s be brutally honest. Giving somebody access to an AI model takes maybe five minutes. Connecting it to the right data, setting strict boundaries on what it is allowed to do, measuring if it actually works, designing ‘human in the loop’ approvals, and fitting all of that seamlessly into an existing business process? Well, that’s where things get messy and take considerably longer.

Our internal direction is deliberately specific, sans the fluff. We are absolutely not pivoting to rebrand Neuralab as some “AI-native agency.” Instead, we are taking these tools and hammering them into concrete workflows AKA places where they can actively remove grunt work, stitch disconnected information together, or genuinely upgrade an existing digital product.

What being a Partner actually means

A fancy logo in a pitch deck cannot tell you if your product catalog is clean enough for an LLM workflow. It won’t tell you if the model should have read/write access to your CRM, how the approval pipeline should look, or whether AI even belongs in the process in the first place.

As an OpenAI Select Partner, we get direct access to the program’s enablement, training, resources, and partner infrastructure for building OpenAI solutions. Meanwhile, Anthropic is building its network purely around measurable delivery – giving our team direct access to the Partner Hub, Anthropic Academy, and its enablement material.

Here is the catch: OpenAI and Claude overlap in many areas, but they are not interchangeable in every workflow. Model capabilities shift constantly. Pricing models change. Enterprise requirements differ wildly. A client might already have strict procurement, security, or infrastructure rules that make one route dramatically more sensible than the other. Our job is to understand the nuts and bolts of both ecosystems deeply enough to make that call with the client, instead of blindly turning every brief into a sales pitch for whichever logo happens to sit on our website.

In fact, we’re already doing the heavy lifting in production. Keep an eye out over the next few months as we start releasing case studies and concrete AI modules we’ve built for clients in retail and pharma sectors. So, if you have a workflow that takes too much manual clicking, a digital product that needs to utilize company knowledge a bit more intelligently, or an “AI experiment” that desperately needs to become a solution your organization can actually run… drop us a note. We’ll help you build it.
