Ivica Kruhek is the CEO of Marker, a Croatian web agency specializing in eCommerce solutions.
In the new episode of Nominis podcast which we are producing in partnership with the Association of eCommerce Croatia, Ivica talks about how COVID-19 affected the market and the state of his company. What took him by surprise is that remote work actually expanded his business and ‘one-on-one’ stopped being the most important thing for meetings and decision-making.
It’s hard to maintain a good balance between personal and professional life so Ivica gave his 2 cents on how business success affected his everyday flow. In recent years, his focus has been on studying Internet user behavior. Nominis crew also had some interesting questions about how much education is important and which comes first passion or knowledge? Accordingly, Ivica emphasized the importance of a product manager. People management is not an easy task so he discussed how to turn down people and jobs that you have simply outgrown.
