The redesign made HBOR’s digital services accessibility-compliant while restructuring a large catalog of financial products into something a business owner could actually navigate.

Organizing HBOR’s content
HBOR offers dozens of credit programs, guarantees, and grant schemes across different borrower types and sectors. The redesign’s main job was structuring all of that so a visitor could find the specific program relevant to their business, without reading through programs meant for a different industry or company size.
Finding the right program
Credit search results sit on a single page with an anchor menu for jumping between sections, rather than paginated across several. Each program’s page includes the relevant downloadable documents and contact details together, so a business doesn’t have to hunt across the site for an application form or the right department to call.
Accessibility
The site includes adjustable text size, a contrast toggle, and a dyslexia-friendly font option, built for a banking site where a visitor might be filling out a loan application rather than just browsing.

Two tools help a business move from researching a loan to actually applying for one.
Interactive calculator
The credit calculator lets a business adjust loan amount, interest rate, repayment period, grace period, and repayment method, and see the numbers change accordingly, before contacting HBOR directly.

Step-by-step wizards walk a business through loan applications and risk assessments, so the process is broken into stages rather than one long application form.
Export support
HBOR also supports Croatian businesses expanding into export markets, with a readiness assessment and a guide through the export process itself, from a business’s first questions about exporting to the practical steps required.
