Nominis podcast – episode 010 with Kata Barišić
Kata Barišić is the owner of the webshop poklonime.hr, which sells personalized gifts, and the initiator of the Zagreb Time Travel project, which, with the help of augmented reality and interesting animations, takes people into Zagreb’s past.
In the new episode of Nominis podcast which we are producing in partnership with the Association of eCommerce Croatia, Kata revealed which gifts customers love the most, how Poklonime has grown, and how the pandemic affected gifting. She also revealed a few things about her customers, especially how to deal with demanding ones. Spoiler alert: The secret to her loving customer relationships may be that Poklonime.hr has been successfully gifting for 10 years now and also stands out from the competition with maximum personalization.
Creativity is mandatory in this kind of project so Kata also gave the Nominis crew an insight into her thinking process and chatted about a very different, but no less successful project – Zagreb time travel, for which she has received many awards.
