In the new episode of Nominis podcast which we are producing in partnership with the Association of eCommerce Croatia, Alan talks about what it really means to have an omnichannel, especially one of high quality like his. In addition, Alan discussed how to become the number one in the region and what the state of eCommerce is in Croatia.

Due to its size and strength, Romania is the largest market for this leading sports eCommerce platform in the region. Nevertheless, the headquarters are located in Belgrade, and traffic in Serbia is also growing. If you were wondering – depending on the country, there are various eCommerce managers managing different regions. Then another set of questions arises like how to manage employees efficiently and how to provide excellent customer service. We learned two secrets from Alan: Trust is (obviously) the basis of the customer-brand relationship, and simplicity is a must. Customer service is very attentive and they listen carefully to what the customer has to say. That gets you to the top!
