There are existing solutions for syncing some of the data from one system to the other, but we approached this problem in a more modular way. Our syncing plugin is customizable so you can decide what type of data is synced from Woo to Salesforce and vice versa. We believe this is a more configurable approach as Salesforce and Woocommerce are also highly customizable platforms.

But I’ll step back in case you’re new to the business software market. Salesforce is a CRM, Customer Relationship Management software, an application for managing your sales by holding together all of the leads, contacts, organizations, quotes, estimates and opportunities. And it’s a fairly complex platform. Some even say it’s the biggest software project in the world. They were clever in recognizing “the cloud” as a next big thing, became first Software-As-A-Service provider and joined the three coma club. Well, at least some of them did.

WooCommerce is quite the opposite. Its code is completely open sourced, you can install it for free and it will provide you with a powerful web shop platform to sell your products. WooCommerce operates with exact orders, clients, payments, products, inventory and invoices i.e. it handles all of your post-sale business requirements.

Operating a large business on top of these platforms has its own headaches and integration between the platforms is obviously needed (as crucial sales data exist in both of these systems). There are existing solutions for syncing some of the data from one system to the other, but we approached this problem in a more modular way. Our syncing plugin is customizable so you can decide what type of data is synced from Woo to Salesforce and vice versa.
