Client reviews in software development industry: Neuralab proud to be listed on Clutch Top1000 (and the meaning behind this)
Some weeks ago 9 Croatian companies got featured as one of the best B2B global development agencies.

I lurked around to see how Clutch indexes references and noticed they are using a simple auto-increase integer. As Neuralab got its first Clutch client reference in July 2017, there were around 170.000 submitted references at that time. Fast-forward to December 2019 and there are now over 1,2 million (!) submitted references by agencies all around the world (the uptick is especially seen in the last half of this year). It looks like “user reviews” are gaining massive traction in the IT industry and that we will (probably) see a similar influence like reviews had on restaurant or movie industry. What are your thoughts on that? Can complex services be graded in the same manner as commodity services?
Platforms like Clutch give objective evaluations and show who is leading online industries across the globe. In essence, Clutch is a B2B market research firm that employs a unique ratings formula to compare companies across industries. For instance, Neuralab is one out of 27 vendors featured for e-commerce web development, and only one out of 9 vendors in the Top1000 list that have an office in New York. Submitted client reviews are a cornerstone metric for all these evaluations. Clutch team conducts these audits via telephone and email to make sure of information integrity and client objectivity.
