Nominis podcast – episode 009 with Bojan Bernik
Bojan is the owner of the Morgan Gray agency, but also the owner of several very successful portals, of which klik.hr is perhaps the most famous. He is also a partner in several other companies and one of the founders of the eCommerce Croatia association.
In the new episode of Nominis podcast which we are producing in partnership with the Association of eCommerce Croatia, Bojan talks about how to recognize a good idea apart from the bad one and what makes a finished project successful. He went into the topic of passive income, explaining its philosophy and why one hundred percent passive income doesn’t exist, but how he strives towards it regardless.
Bojan also advised keeping a cool head and being smart in order to ensure that the system works for you. He went on to analyze the most common money mistakes and what happens when the money stops being the main business motivator. He touched upon the employer-employee relationship, and why motivating an employee is such an important management skill. And finally, what is the price of success, and what steps to take to become an entrepreneur in the full sense of the word.
