WordCamp Zagreb, the largest WordPress community gathering in Croatia, is behind us and it was a complete grand slam! After two successful annual Croatian WordCamp events – WordCamp Rijeka 2015 and WordCamp Split 2016 – which in combination brought together more than 500 participants, Zagreb was the biggest single event related to WordPress in Croatia.

In March we got a call from Codeanywhere CEO Ivan Burazin asking us to do a multi-cam live stream for this year's Shift conference. Seeing that Shift is The biggest Developer Conference in Southeast Europe, we jumped right in and became the official technical partner. Shift 2017 hosted 20 speakers, 15 workshops, and over 1000 participants.

We are proud to have been part of a very interesting press conference! Vipnet and ESL announced the start of Vip Adria League. With no doubt, it's the biggest gaming project this year in the region. Teams will compete over the next few months in such games as League of Legends, Counter Strike: Global Offensive and FIFA 17. The grand finale will be held on this year Reboot Infogamer in November. The prize fund will be set at 20.000€.

We just got back from the second Croatian WordCamp held in the beautiful city of Split. Needless to say that the sea, the sun and the beach only amplified the whole event experience... And a great experience it was!
